Hello! I am applying too and sent in applications already so now just waiting. I was curious the application/acceptance rate as well if anyone knows?

Hi! I applied this week and sent in my check today. I was wondering if someone would start this thread! I think the acceptance rate just depends on how many apply -- I think there is a set number of spots and the number of applicants varies from year to year. At the info session, it sounded like there was a big rush of applicants a few years ago but it's less crazy now. Still competitive, though!

Has anyone heard back about interviews yet?

Not yet. I did see on other discussions that people typically got calls or emails around the second week of February though!

I just found my notes from the info session, which say the class size is 55.

I was curious about the how it would affect LSUHSC too...Here is a LSU page that is being updated with news. I saw they released scenarios of how a 32% cut would impact them and it was alot!! Those were just scenarios but hopefully the impact won't be quite that bad. Special session started yesterday and ends March 9 in which all budget issues must have a decision reached by this time.
