LS1

Only read cancer chapthers and took practice exam A. Got a score of 60. Will read respiratory and cardiac then take practice exam B. Hoping to get a much higher score.

You will do fine. Did you try using the Saunders Review Book? It an excellent source of info and has questions and answers with rationales.

Good luck! My LS1 exam was pretty straight forward. I used Saunders NCLEX RN after as a review and it worked great! I wouldn't use it in place of the practice exams though, the post tests in Saunders are too easy compared to EC exams. I love the outline format for all the info. Good luck!

Will use Saunders as a review after i finished reading the med-surg chapters on cardiac n respiratory. Thanks for all your encouragement.
