LPN = Licensed practical nurse and in some states also known as LVN License vocational nurse. Either way if looking for immigration (I notice your profile says Malaysia) then you need to be RN Registered nurse
hurm.. what is it the associate degree nursing? is it difference from diploma?

The associate degree nurse or ASN is an RN that has an associate degree. The LPN nurse is liscensed once you pass the NCLEX PN but only holds a certificate. The BSN is an RN that has a bachelor's degree. The RN's have to pass the NCLEX RN to become liscensed.

deepurple: You'll need to be an RN with a BSN degree if you're looking to immigrate.
