Concorde Career Institute is high-priced, with the tuition hovering around the $23,000 mark per year. It is also a trade school that lacks regional accreditation. I have never heard of North Texas Career Institute, although I know of Dallas Nursing Institute (DNI).
It is also a trade school that lacks regional accreditation.

Know I'm sounding dense here, but is that another way of saying that credits wouldn't transfer if you wanted to apply to an LPN/LVN to RN program?

If the trade school lacks regional accreditation, then the actual credits earned WILL NOT transfer to a regionally accredited community college or university. However, many RN bridge programs are willing to issue LPNs/LVNs 1 year of advanced placement for having that LPN licensure.

They are another private, expensive trade school without any regional accreditation.

Do You Know Of Any Schools In The Dallas Fort Worth Area ? I Really Need To Start By August

  • Experts

The only way you're going to start by August is to attend one of the expensive trade schools. The other accredited LPN programs tend to have prerequisite classes that you must take and pass before you can even apply, entrance exams, and lottery-style admissions.

Ok Thanks For Your Help ! Do You Know Of A Good Place To Bridge From Lvn To Rn If I Attend Either School....also Do You Have Any Info On Which School Would Be The Best ?

I don't know any info on those schools but I'm sure the price is higher because they are private/technical schools, and sometimes they tend to change their prices very frequently. I see that they couldn't post the price of tuition on the site either (Concorde).

I know El Centro College has an LVN program, along with a LVN-RN Bridge program. The LVN program is 12 months and about 3,000. Just another option maybe even cheaper. Good luck! :nuke:
