Lpn to rn online classes

I am an LVN who is about to start a bridge program LVN to RN but I am kind of nervous because the lectures classes will be online, not my choice the school made the schedule for the new nurses for first semester, but after that we pick our own schedule. I was wondering if anyone took online nursing class, how was it and how did you succeed, also do you have any advice you could share please

thanks in advance!

When taking online coursework, being an independent learner really helps.

You also have an infinite amount of study material at your fingertips if you are not understanding something. It's called the world wide web. If something has you stomped, look it up online. If something still has you stomped after you've looked it up, make arrangements to see your professor during office hours or send him/her an email.

Good luck!

I best advise that I was given is to set goals. Some maybe set for you by the class online if not pick at least one day a week that you do nothing but school work. Also pick a date to have things completed by so you don't drag it out till the last minute and panic.
