lpn to rn to arnp

Published

I am an lpn ready to go back to school to be an rn. With the ultimate goal of becoming an arnp. Does anyone have any suggestions for my best path.

Would it be better to go for my RN(associate) to increase my pay while working on my arnp? Or would it benefit me to try and do lpn to bsn for my rn than go for my masters(arnpP? Thanks for your reply.

There are some programs across the USA that offer a 3 year program where you go into the program with no nursing experience or license and you get your RN and APRN once you're done with year number 3. I think Mass General (in MA) offers such a program since I once had a friend who enrolled in such a program. Probably going to be full time, although.
