Yesterday there was a thread on inservice ideas and a book by a physician was recommended, I lost the thread can anyone help? Is there a way I can mark a thread when I want to save it?

You can subscribe to a thread if you want to follow it, if you look under the title of the thread in the yellow bar above you can see the option to subscribe which will change to un-subscribe so you can cancel later if you want. You can always try the search facility with a keyword and that should help you find any threads of interest
