I think about a month or two. A friend of mine lost her PRC ID too when she went home in baguio. After that, we went to PRC in MAnila. It's like renewing your lost ID.

hello!

i also lost mine last august, you need to go to the prc office with a notarized affidavit of loss plus a valid id and payment for the replacement for 250php after that you'll be able to get your prc license in about 2 weeks time. hope this helps

there is an express.. you can get it the same day... but you would have to pay a larger amount.. that's what I did.. but unfortunately, I lost my PRC license for the second time.. hehe.. lucky for me It's due for renewal..

argh! I already paid for my lost prc id card. I have to get it after 2 weeks.

I just renewed my license today. I got it on the same day (before lunch). I processed it at around 9am, they said that I should come back at around 11:30am to claim the ID. The fee is 900 Php.

Im from Davao, but currently working in Cebu. I lost my PRC ID in cebu :-( but when i went to manila sometime last year, i grab the chance to get a Rush ID. I think its also available in Cebu.

yup.. I was in Manila then.. =) Is your PRC license due for renewal? You should already renew if it is due for renewal.. because I lost my PRC card for 2 times. What I did when it was already due for renewal I didn't present an affidavit of loss (since it is costly, around 100-200 pesos), but I gave a photocopy of my lost PRC card (I didn't declare that my PRC card was lost).. ang voila! I have a new PRC card

Hello! Can someone tell me how much the fee is for duplicating a lost prc id as of the moment? Is it still 250.00 pesos as of today, May 28, 2011? What about the fee for express? THANK YOU!!! I am planning to go to prc this monday.

Hey guys, I really need your help. My Prc License will expire this oct. 10, 2015. The problem is I haven't claim my PRC license yet at Cebu coz I'm here in Manila. Should I authorize someone there to claim it on my behalf or should I just get an affidavit of loss here in Manila?

Big problem is I don't know my License number too.
