Looking for a short NP program- less than 2 years

MUW in ms has a 12 month fnp for bsn and a reputation for graduating good nps. not online though.

UTEP is 100% online and takes 22 months.

The length of course is not the only factor. Remember quality of the program. There have been some recent programs that have come out whom in the professional world are not well respected and/or have a low certification pass rate (ANCC/AANP). My program took 3 year, I competed it as a part time student since I was a new RN. I worked full time nights until my last semester and had to step down to part time secondary to clinical. It is important to get a good education and foundation to build upon. Study hard and good luck.

Trauma is a CNS, not an NP. I have heard that Georgetown has an 18month program, but is very expensive and rigorous. I went through Graceland, which was 3yrs full time, but I feel if it had been shorter it would have been a ton to absorb, as I worked full time.

Would you happen to have any examples? I've found that nobody cares where you graduated as long as you have the initials after your name.
