Honestly your best bet is volunteering in a hospital and making connections. That being said:

UC Davis keeps spots open specifically for new grads. Most managers prefer you have experience at the hospital. The application period is usually 1 week. Note: for a recent NG position on an extended care unit the recruiter received 400 applications. Don't bother applying if you don't have your BSN. The screener will just throw your application in the trash.

The Mercy System has new grad programs. Mercy folsom will hire NG's for part time positions.

Kaiser can be great if you have an inside connection.

Sutter typically hires the student externs whom precept there. It might be beneficial to talk with their recruiters (they're off of Gateway Drive in Natomas).

Otherwise, there are a lot of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities who are always hiring people. Personally I would rather work at an assisted living facility -- much, much nicer.

I've interviewed at UCD and I dont have a BSN. I've also talked to managers there who say that HR says BSNs are preferred but they will hire ADN nurses becuase they have more clinical experience. So its up to the unit and manager that you will be interviewing with.

Good luck. The market is extremely saturated right now with new nurses. I'm a new grad that just graduated in May of this year. I've worked at a well known hospital system in the Sacramento area for the past 4 years but I haven't been placed into an RN position with them yet. I was able to snag an on-call position at a SNF. So I will continue to stay working at my hospital until an RN position becomes available and I'll just keep the SNF job for extra money. I would suggest you make a VERY good impression at wherever you do your final semester of clinicals. The place I did mine doesn't hire new grads so I'm out of luck with that one. SNFs seem to hire new grads pretty readily. Also, if you see a comany is giving a job fair that's only for "experienced nurses," go to it anyway. I have a friend that went to one of these and got hired on the spot. If you see a job you think you're qualified for, apply for it no matter what. It may take awhile but you will get hired somewere. Like I said before, good luck. :)
