Hi everyone! I’m a new nurse working on a telemetry unit looking for some signs (daily weight, HOH, Blind, No BP on ___ arm) to hang up in my patients’ room. The ones we have in our unit are copies and look terrible, I’m looking to making my own very simple but something I can have on the computer and print as needed. Does anyone have documents or pictures of the ones you use at work I can see or have?

NurseLiz, whenever I need a quick, simple image, I use clip art. Just put "clip art" and the subject in your search engine and an array of images will pop up.
I uploaded all of these images in a matter of minutes. For Blind, HOH, and daily weight, I merely added the text. For No BP__ arm, I added a glyph:
Let me know if you need any further instructions, NurseLiz, and I'll be most happy to guide you through the whole process of creating and printing out your signs!

Love that Davey is as fond of a clip art as I am! The international nursing community using free images to deliver care!!
