looking for new major path after one year of nursing school

I didn't pass a clinical this semester along with a class and have been dismissed from the program, however, I am appealing it. Is there anyone out there that could recommend a different major that could take most of my courses? I'm pretty close to hitting excessive hours.

Please let me know.

    Your answer will come from the admissions advisors at the colleges around you. Get on the phone and make some appointments to go talk with them-- try to convince them that they should take a chance with you when you apply. They will tell you what you need.

    One size does not fit all in college education. Good luck.

    Probably the only major that would accept any of the classes you've taken is biology - you would at least get credit for your nursing school prereqs. Nursing courses do not transfer to any other major. Sorry that happened to you. :(
