looking for a good website....

Hi, all!!!!

I am looking for a good website that can help me with a pathophysiology project I have due in A&P II. My instructor assigned us a disease, mine is elephantiasis. I have found a few sites that have helped, but I need to find one that will help me in answering a question about the specific costs of treatments or any suggestions to find the answer.:idea: I will greatly appreciate any help!!!

i went to the who (world health organization) website because inflammatory elephantiasis (also called filariasis, or lymphatic filariasis) is due to parasitic invasion and this kind of disease is not commonly seen in the u.s. here are some links. the first has links on their home page and i linked you to the economics that gives some information on the cost of treating this disease.
