Looking For Help, Making A Time Log For Nursing 12 Hour Schedule

I need help creating a time log and a to do list for a nurse team leader as part of a homework, for my nur leadership class.

I started it but I truly need some tips from the experts so I know Im on the right track.

we have to do that project too. Im actually next week.

I noticed one successful leader made sure to get the times of all PO, IVs, and other scheduled events (like insertion/removal of f/c, etc), and accuchecks. She also got pt initials, diagnosis (so in the morning you can check if they are d/cd before they get there), and room number. I think that is pretty good cuz nursing students careplanning dont want to write much.
