Looking for Athletic Ostomy groups

My name is Tony, and I am a 49 Y.O. diabetic ileostomate. I have had "it" since 1976. I am looking for any information on forums or organizations dedicated to the athletes who have ostomies of all kinds. There are times that I would like to assist, or ask for assistance from someone who knows the experience of dealing daily with workouts and our "special" problems. I have turned into a semi-serious cyclist, and run into hydration and nutritional issues from time to time, and would like to discuss with anyone who will listen, or have the same experience.

Welcome to Allnurses. Good luck in finding something.

Welcome to allnurses.com! Glad to meet you.

I moved your post to the Wound Care/Ostomy Forum. There is a "Sticky" post at the top of the Forumwith information you might be interested in.
