How soon after graduation are you planning on moving? If it is less than a month, I would definitely recommend taking boards in MO. I have a friend that took boards in Missouri then ended up accepting a position at KU (right across the state line in Kansas) and it was a real hassle for her to try to transfer her license. She even had to be off work for several weeks because she couldn't work as a grad nurse because she had a license, but she couldn't work in the state of Kansas because they hadn't gotten it transferred yet.

I think i have heard that you can apply to take the NCLEX in any state as long as you apply to the BON(state) you choose to work in. Is this true?? Like if I go to school in PA and i wanted to move to ohio when im done with school, while i am finishing school and studying for boards and moving, can I take the boards here(in PA) but apply to ohio BON.
