Dear friends every one has a learning process through out the life but in this process we makes a lot of mistakes, then after every mistake we learn its correction and next time avoid it. These mistakes turns into more seriousness when we are a nurse because our every action is directly effecting the human life so we should be care full and proactive in our work but all of this we are a human being and can make mistakes, so lets have a fun share with me your mistakes, errors and any near miss events by you or are witnessed by you while dealing with patients when you was new any area or hospital.
