Leavin without a notice

I don't understand. Clearing your resume or your record. Why would you put left without proper notice on your resume? As for your record it all depends on how long you were with that company, the reason you left without proper notice. If the company had a policy that they could fire you at anytime with or without reason and you could quit at anytime with or without reason. Most of the agencies for which I have work had this policy. Then there is the state law. I know in Jersey, there is no law as to the time that has to be given, but the companies sometimes put it the contract that the employee has to give two to a four week notice. there are law boards run by the different State Bar Associations that you could poss a question on line for free.

OP your post doesn't make sense. Could you elaborate? Also, leaving without proper notice is never a good idea. How are you going to explain this?
