LAVC Spring 2021

Hello,

Applied for the nursing program at LAVC for Spring of 2021. Wanted to start a discussion post for anyone else who applied to vent frustration, ask questions, provide new information, and perhaps let us fellow dreamers know if anyone got a notification from them.

    I'm applying to LAVC for this upcoming cohort. Or at least I'm trying to. I wasn't aware of the course evaluations being apart of the process so I'm bouncing between ordering transcripts to go directly to A&R and praying they get there well before the deadline. I've been trying to get in contact with a counselor or even set up an appointment and it doesn't seem like anyone's working. I'm starting to question if I even want to do this anymore?

    Nothing yet. I was reading previous discussion posts about LAVC Spring, and they all seem to indicate that people get notified on the last week of October or the first week of November.

    Thanks!! I think the application was open until later this year, so maybe we will hear back later... ?

    Yes I took it at PSI. I did okay. What about you?

    Yeah, I took the TEAS at ATI and did okay as well. Hated the online format cause they say that they are gonna give you a ten minute break after the math portion, but I didn't. So I pissed my pants... JK

    no word yet, but the first week of November always seems to be the time people get notified based on other discussion posts for lavc Spring. by email.
