LATTC Spring and Fall 2020

Hi, I wanted to start a thread about students who applied for LATTC and will be starting Fall and Spring 2020? When did you apply? How long was your wait? I applied 02/21/2019

@jayseeoh or maybe you'll get called for Fall 2020 since she said to check back March 2020?

UGHHHH that's horrible. I appled March 2019 so I probably won't be in till Fall 2021.

Yeah, that’s prob right. ?

just keep trying to other programs, I’ve been very unlucky and haven’t gotten in since when I started applying Oct 2018. good luck!

Hey guys I saw on another thread that they had a mandatory meeting for those admitted into spring 2020 today. So hopefully if some people decline some will continue getting admitted. I applied nov 2018 so I hope we all get fall 2020 cause this wait is killer.

I went in on Friday but they had a staff mandatory meeting and left the note, but I got an email from Angel on Sat saying she’s working on Jan-March 2018.

Rochell then sent an email saying that the last app was pulled from March 16, 2018 for Spring 2020 cohort. To check back in March 2020. ?

I applied Oct 2018.

I just emailed her today and got the same response. Said she’s currently in the process of completing the acceptance for those who applied Jan-March 2018. I really hope an it speeds up.

Wait some people on another thread just went on fire and cpr classes for spring semester acceptance. Does this mean that they are still getting the spring 2019 cohort together?

Has anyone visited the office or had an update on how far along they are in the list. I’m hoping I get in this year I applied Oct 2018.

I might go have to visit the office in person next week.

I also applied in Oct 2018 but got accepted into National University’s BSN program so I’ll be removing my name from LATT. Good luck!

Wow Congratulations getting into a nursing program! Have you started the program and was it hard to get into? If I don’t get in this year to a public nursing program, I am thinking in applying to private universities.

I’m happy to have found this forum because I been having so many question but nice to know I’m not alone. So I also applied October 2018. I remember after applying they told me to check back in a year (Oct 2019) to check on my status. I did just that and I remember I spoke with angel and she showed me the list which it was long and I remember her telling me that she was working on the people that applied March 2018. She gave me an estimate of maybe starting in 2020 and I was hoping it was spring but I didn’t get any notice. So maybe Fall 2020? Geezzz I really hope so. My best friend who just finished his pre at ELAC is going to West Coast in June this year so it made me kinda think of I should just go or should I hold on a bit longer. Let me say that I been on the journey what it seems like forever I’m 27 and I feel like I’m running out of time. In addition does anyone know any more info for people that applied October 2018?

Also is anyone doing something to prepare themselves for the program? Any advice or tips while waiting?

Hi there! I also applied back in October 2018 and I followed up this past October as well and Angel said to check back in April 2020 to get a better idea of when would be my start date.

I was accepted to National University's BSN program so I won't be going to LATTC although if I didn't get accepted to National I was just going to wait for my turn at LATTC.

Best of luck! Hopefully you get in for the Fall semester.
