My cousin took the NCLEX last week and she stopped at 134. She's also sure she got the last number wrong. Does it mean she failed already?

not necessarily. she could have been above the pass line already, and the computer figured she was competent enough. I believe I missed my last question and I still passed.

No it does not mean fail
^^^^thank you! She will be relieved (for now) to hear your replies. I guess there's nothing we can do but wait and hope for the best!

doesn't make sense at all... i stopped at 75 and i got a SATA!!! I know I got it wrong.. well I still passed...
If you think about it, on RN min questions is 75 but the computer may have decided before then that you meet the grade, it has to ask you the min number of questions so may get it wrong and still pass. Also don't forget a certain number of questions will be test questions
