Ok here is my issue, Im tired of the biurocracy in my school, the way they handle application process, like they dont care, because its not their life, since i first apply to nursing program in my cc a lot of my 'information' changed but it wasnt even updated in my nursing file! Like i pass my nursing entrance test ( the first time I failed) and they didnt even knew...and I was told by people who test us that Health career office will have it automatically once i passed, no this is not what happend, then they also was not aware of the fact that I managed to finished Associate degree (in the same school) for which is given extra points, this is crazy, it looks like they forgot all about me. Now my most serious dillema is, I took intro to Psych all over again to improve my pre-requisite Gpa ( my original was 3.0) so I wanted to get 3.5, well i did score an A so that puts me in 3.5 rank, however now what gets me worried is that because of the chaos in my school's health department im scared that they will overlook the new grade and count my old one in, and i know that with 3.0 i wont get in, I made the mistake of not going there personally and tell them I improved my grade but I assumed that since i took the course in the same school they will know but after my previous experience with them im not so sure..

I am sorry it is frustrating when you are working so hard toward something. I have found its always best to tie up all loose ends personally so you are sure it gets done.
I would make 100% sure first though that your grade can be replaced, many schools will not let you take classes over for a better grade, I know at our school only if you get a D or F can you retake it and even then you can only get an average of the two grades (new and old). Also make sure you have all current paper work so it will save someone from the step of having to get it, there for making one less thing for a person to do more likely to get done.
I was told by one of the secretaries who work in nursing department that if I repeat the psych 100 they will take my better grade under consideration, the admission team wont look at bad grade, also i heard the same thing at the information session, officially in my school you not suppose to take the class all over if you scored C but people do it and they get away with it, and i check my transcript and the new grade to appear on it, but now i totally forgot that you must have complete you biology within five years, i took mine in 2001 so its not within the time frame, however my nursing infomation packet that i received during the information session its stated that once you took AP1 within five years the 5 year biology time frame might be waived, so im hoping that if they will hold my bio against me i will showed them the statements on the paper, anyway once i get my denial letter im planning to go to the Dean of Health Career office to sort everything out, I dont trust the people who work there, I heard the last semester they had similar issues and few other student made petition to the Dean and they got in, on the point system I will have 8.5 out of 10 ( if my new grade will be approved, without it I have 7.5. which for me personally is not that good, however I heard that two years everyone with 7.5 got in, but that was two years ago, now we have 1000 for 60 spots) I just dont want to wait another year, Im seriously thinking about going for other health careet like ophtalmic tech, I was thinking about ultrasound but its even harder to get in in our school that nursing, you have to have 4.0) Also I would like to finished my Bachelor in Liberal Arts, so maybe in couple of years I can go to different country and teach over there, but now my dream is to get this stupid letter...

This is what they did at my community college. I would have been over the 5-year mark by the time I applied for the nursing program, so I was told to take A&P I as my biology would count as the prereq for that and thus fulfill the biology requirement within the 5-year period.
Can I make a suggestion that's a bit off the mark? Please take a few minutes and look at your posts. You are not a child if I read your profile information correctly, and this is not instant text messaging on your phone with your buddies. If you are submitting ANY written documentation/rebuttals to your college, you will not be making any kind of an impression on them with this kind of written material. Spell check exists on most PCs; use it. An occasional period (.) would be really helpful as would some commas (,). In addition, unless I'm just really out of it, when you use the word "I" in referring to yourself, it is ALWAYS capitalized. I don't mean to pick, but it's difficult to read your posts and sometimes this can reflect poorly on the writer when the reader is trying to figure out who they are dealing with.

Yikes!!! Take it easy there....
While you do have a good point, I don't think that the writer was looking for an evaluation.
It also doesnt hurt to devote some time to think why writer writes that way, maybe English is their second language, well but you didnt take your time to ask did you, so let me give you little advice...first ask the question why before judging someone, and dont hold my english difficulties against me, because I've seen a lot of great nurses whoe's grammar is not perfect, and guess what they are doing excellent job, it seems to me that you think people who's grammar isnt perfect cant make it in this field...now suprise come I got A + in English 102 didnt even had to take finals..and the essay contained couple of errors, so your theory of importance of theory grammar falls, if you dont believe me I can send you copy of my essays...

Seriously, I'm wasn't trying to nitpick and whatever I think about your writing is irrelevant in the long run.
My only point is that how you write conveys an image to the reader, whether that's an instructor, an employer, or someone on these boards. Whether you care what that image is or not, is not something I can make you concern yourself with.
And the English-as-a-second language is a valid argument to a point, but some of the items I pointed out were pretty basic such as capitalizing "I". We have had Japanese foreign exchange students through the years and the notes we receive from them are usually very eloquently written, spelled, and capitalized.
Again, I sincerely wasn't trying to be critical, but actually hoping to inspire a little thoughtfulness.
Best wishes!

Are you sure you were not trying to be critical. This is the INTERNET. Everyone knows that when someone writes LOL, or TTYL, what they mean. Wow, I don't find her writing at all bad at this PLATFORM. If it was a paper at school then thats different its the internet and its a forum. I don't think the way you write (as in grammar and punctuation) is a TOS violation, unless I just wasn't updated on that information.
Excuse me if their is ANY spelling errors on my post. Don't want you to criticize my grammar in anyway.
Exactly this is very good point from cherish, I dont feel like opening a spelling dictionary every time I want to write something, this is the Internet, its not school so one can write the way she wants, unless of course he or she is not using bad language, you kind of contradict yourself you telling me that in the long run it doesnt matter to you how I write, then why are you worry now, please tell me I dont get it, and please dont bring up Chinese people in all this because I bet you if you lived in my country (not China) I bet with you 1000 dollars you wouldnt speak my language as good as I speak english...and again my grammar is totally irrelevant to nursing topic I didnt logged in here to look for grammar teacher but to get a advice from some people, but best wishes to you to, I hope your kids will write better than me LOL
