Lab result

My friends get her lab result and was like:

BUN 75 ml/lt

serum creatinine 4.2mg/Dl

serum sodium 13.5 mEQ/l

serum potassium. 6.2

serum albumin. 3.0 G/dl

Serum phosphate. 6.4 mg/dl

BP. 195/140

urine volume. 480 ml/24hr

is that normal or she has kidney problem?

We cannot offer interpretation or medical advice as we all agreed to the site ToS when signing up. Your friend needs to contact the physician that ordered the labs.

She should go right back to whoever ordered those labs who will probably send her to the hospital. If she has a problem she would know it and its really not your business unless she makes it yours.

That sodium level is not compatible with life. (Decimal in the wrong place).

You are a good friend to try to help, however as stated above, no one on this site may offer medical advice or test interpretations.

If your friend is concerned s/he may seek the advice of a physician.
