I have worked 16 years in a hospital setting and at the same time a prison setting for 4 yrs. I have an excellent oportunity to take a supervisor job in corrections, paying 18000/yr more. I am oddly most comfortable in corrections and my work done there, almost comes naturally. I work really well in the hospital setting though too, but getting into a supervisor position mainly is determined by who you know and not necessarily skill and education. My question is to anyone - has anyone left the hospital setting completely to work in corrections and not regret it??? Thank you to anyone that reply's :yeah:
