kila stethoscopes?

Hey,

Has anyone heard of kila stethoscopes? Are they good?

Also, what's the difference between single head and double head stethoscopes?

Thankie!:D:D:D

I've got a Kila single-head scope I got off ebay - It's pretty good quality, although it's heavy. Customer service is really great, too. They shorted me some ear tips, I contacted them, and they were in my mailbox 1 week later.

The single head just has one (single) diaphragm. A dual head has a diaphragm and either a peds diaphragm or a bell making it more versatile.

I would be curious for any reviews, as well. I'm always looking for an interesting stethoscope and by coincidence had been looking at them on the Kila website today. I have a Littmann lightweight and 2 single-sided steths that are similar to each other - am now curious about the dual-head cardiac Kila, which can be switched from pediatric to bell on the "bell" side.

I got the KL-310 Dual Head Stethoscope and am really impressed with it. The sound quality is as good as my Littman Classic, it is solid without being too heavy. I cannot understand for the life of me why more people aren't using Kila! I am very curious to try out the other models but I can definitely recommend the KL-310.

I've used a KILA for years now. They are heavy! I have hearing loss in my L ear and the sound conduction is so much better than my Littman. The Littman cost >$120. it lasted

Lol I love the "doctor sticky fingers"!
