Let's keep it real, we are nurses and all go through similar issues. When are times you bend the rules or 'oops I didn't know'?

For example. At my hospital it's policy to call the Dr whenever a patient refuses medications. Ain't nobody calling nobody when Sally refuses her fish oil. Chile please.
