First time applying. I just finished up the pre-reqs last fall. Also applied to two other schools and was waitlisted for one, and accepted into another. Hoping KCC falls through so I don't have to move!

Dropped by KCC office, and was told letters go out next week...

Oh cool. What other schools you applied at? This is my first time too. Jus took me awhile to retake some of my classes lol. Darn... Now I really want this week to go by so that I can get my letter already! Haha.

I think they are gonna open the lcc cohort! Classes for fall is up & it shows KCC & lcc classes for the nursing!

Hmm so it's 27 spots for the nursing 210/211 and 35 spots for nursing 212. So between 27-35 spots. Cant wait for next week.

I really wonder what KCC is going to do in the future about having more spots with the trouble it seems they have with professors. Hard to get nurses to take a pay cut to teach. The LCC facility is so nice it's kinda crazy that the cohort is so small.

Next week is the big week! Report in if your letters come in!

Also, If you get alt listed, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR MAIL EVERYDAY AFTER. I knew someone who almost had there acceptance pulled for missing the deadline to respond as an alternate.
