Kaiser Curious?

Published

I am an LVN here is Southern California- Orange County in particular. There seems to be a lot of LVN positions available these days at the Mighty Kaiser Permanente. Can anybody out there tell me what the pay is Per Diem and Regular employee with beni's? It seems pretty top secret. All I can find anywhere after scouring the internet is pay grades of "G25" and "G26" for LVNs. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I want to say it's in the mid twenties ballpark range, but that's based partially on being told multiple times their aids get paid 15/hour to start and some whispered answers I got from the LVNs while I had clinical at Kaiser. I don't know if that's accurate, if it's starting wages, or what.

I'm also curious about a more accurate answer.

At my rotation at Kaiser, I was told it's 23$hr starting out. It is a union job so therefore a set pay rate.

Kaiser is definitely unionized by the CNA. You should be able to call the local CNA office and get the information. They're very proud of the salary scales so there should be no secrecy.
