Is it legal to have a family member staying at the same facility in which you are the DON? Asking for a friend.

    Don't see why not. Have worked at facilities where family members of staff were residents, but don't recall if any of them were relatives of the DON offhand.

    Devoting special attention to a 'VIP patient' who is related to a member of management can be considered a tad bit unethical and shady, but it is what it is. Life ain't fair.
