I was just checking out their site the other day. I believe it was like $410 a credit hour. Steep, but if you have your AA already, you get your BSN in the same time that other programs get their AS in Nursing.

I'm about to finish up the RN to BSN program at JU. Yes, the cost is $410 a credit hour. I would recomend looking at junior/community colleges for the general education requirements. I was able to find all the ge classes I needed online for a fraction of the cost ($115). Just make sure you get prior approval from your advisor that the classes will transfer. The only classes I took at JU were NUR. Good luck!

Hi all! I was just wondering if someone could tell me what the requirements are for JU regarding worked hours before applying. I just graduated from FCCJ ADN and I am finishing up my AA right now. Unfortunately I have no leads on any job possibilities and thought about going into a BSN program. I know a lot of programs require you to have so many worked hours before applying. I thought if I couldn't get a job at least I could keep going to school. Any suggestions would be wonderful! Also, with the online program at JU how do they handle clinic hours?

JU and UNF don't require work hours unless its for your Masters. Then you need 2000. Instead of doing clinical hours, you do one or 2 big projects toward the end.(this is for the JU online BSN) These projects have to be done underneath an RN with her/his BSN if I remember correctly. And that isn't towards the end. This first classes are like regular class. Plus with the AA degree all you have to take is nursing classes.

Hi. I graduated from FCCJ and 5 years later (now) am 1/2 way through the RN-BSN online program at JU. I pay $1230/3 credit class. I take 2 classes every 8 weeks. It is considered full time. I'm working fulltime as well. It's hard, but doable. I am learning a lot andI enjoy it. Good luck with your choice!
