Job titles

Hi everyone, I am still a pre-RN student and I have been looking at my local hospitals job postings. My question is what do the titles RN I, and RN II mean?

They are likely placements in their clinical ladder based on experience. A new grad would likely hire in at RN I.

Yeah that's right. At my hospital we have nurse clinicians I and II, but I know some places have a clinical ladder up to IV.
