Job Interview

So I had a job interview on the 20th, which was a Friday. The person giving me the interview told me that I will hear from HR "early next week". Well, I never did and today is the 1st. Should I call them? What do I say? This was my first interview since graduating. I have been applying for 100+ of jobs online and this hospital called me on Thursday and asked me to come in next day. So I did not have a lot of time to prepare but I do think that it went well with the interviewer.

I'd call them. Just shows that you're interested in the job. I know I'm partial to us nurses but I'd be happy that they took the initiative to call me up if I were them. Kinda shows that you want that job more than somebody that doesn't call.

Definitely call. Even if you didn't get it at least you'd have an answer and maybe you can get some feedback on what to do differently next time if need be.

I WOULD CALL THEM.

Just mention that you are following up on an interview that you had... you could always send a thank you email to the person who did the interviewing, and to the unit manager. Ya know, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. :) Best of Luck! ~Ivanna
