I'll be having a phone interview sometime this week for an after hour phone nurse position. I'm SO EXCITED. I've been wanting to try this for a while but the opportunity did not arrive. Any suggestion or tip would be appreciated. I'm better with interview in person than over the phone. Oh well!

Be as professional with the phone interview as you would be in person. Make sure that you are in a place where you have a good connection and no interruptions, disruptive background noise, and so forth.
They are interviewing you on the phone because the job will be talking to people on the phone. The want to be sure you can do that well and present yourself well.
Remember to smile; it will be audible in your voice!!

I would write some things down to help your remember to anticipate some of their questions. I think it would be better if done in clear concise thinking versus hesitation on the phone. In person they are looking at your facial expressions as well so it might be more difficult on the phone. By the way good luck!
