Job Help

Hi Everyone,

I graduated with my BSN last year and have about a year experience on a floor that is half med/surg and half critical care. I have a previous bachelors degree in communications and 2.5 years experience in non-healthcare related management. Pretty much I know bedside nursing is NOT for me and I am wondering if anyone has any ideas where I could go or what I could do with these qualifications WITHIN NURSING.
