Has anyone had 76 questions, the last one wrong, and passed? NCLEX-RN I am so stressed out, I think the 76 put me on the failing side or it would have clicked off....Help

i know how you feel. i got my last Q wrong too.:o lets just pray and hope for the best.

when did you take your exam?

It doesn't matter if you think you got the last question wrong or right and this affecting your results. This is just a myth that's been floating around forever.

I had 76 questions. Couldn't tell ya what any of them were, let alone if I got em right or wrong. But 48 hours later, I"m an RN!!!!!! :balloons::lol2::balloons::lol2::balloons::lol2::balloons:

Well I had 75... and I know for sure I got the last 2 questions wrong... and I passed... :)
