Hello all! I applied to the Ivy Tech Columbus RN program with a 204. Just wanted to get an idea of what others applied with so I can get a feel for how I stand. So, if you dont mind....please share your scores! Nervously awaiting those letters! Also, Ive heard two different stories about when the letters are mailed out. Are they sent out at the end of May or middle of June?

Not sure about the score thing, I applied to Indy for both the ASN and LPN, realistically looking at getting into the LPN with a 203...letters are mailed out at the end of May for the ASN programs and then once they hear back from people about where they are accepting a spot at, they fill up the LPN and send out letters to them in June, so there are two different times they go out, this however, is all for the Indy campus so you may want to check with your campus because they each have small differences

i applied at columbus as well for both programs:nurse: my score is a 199. i have 4 A's and a 79 on the teas. i live in indy though,so i miss out on those 3 points....i am open minded about either, obviously hopeful for the asn program, but not too proud to take a lpn spot:w00t:i am praying for either.if i dont get in at all i am pretty sure i will be devasted,as i have worked soooo hard! as all of us have though, right?? good luck, hope we get in :)

I wouldnt really worry about not getting in at all. A 199 is pretty solid I would think for at least the LPN. Im wondering if I should have applied to Indy as well. I live in Franklin so Im really half way to both Indy and Columbus. I just heard that it was so competitive in Indy and I would rather have Columbus anyway. So, I figured if I dont get into the RN at Columbus then I definatley wouldnt at Indy since its more competitive than Columbus. Not too much longer and we'll all find out!

I think the date letters are sent varies by program. I applied for the ASN program in Columbus with a 214.
