Is that a sign?

Did you ever receive the NCLEX review offer by mail after you take NCLEX? Is that a sign of FAILED Nclex?

It is not a sign that you failed but an indication that your BON has sold your mailing address to a company.

Can they do that ??? Isn't it illegal?

No, it is not illegal, the Board does this all the time. I get all kinds of advertising that does not even pertain to me because of this.

It is confusing to you because you are in that situation and it must be a little spooky that they were able to get your address. I would not think that the addresses of applicants would be available to the public, but then, I don't think the addresses of licensed nurses should be available either. The state makes a buck or three off this you know.
