I hear about all these programs which let you use some of another health care degree credits and put them toward obtaining a RN. Well, my area is 'saturated' with RNs and its not looking good for us at all. My cohort graduated in May '13, and from what ive heard, only like 20% have jobs - and theyre not good ones at that! Any advice?

RTs are just as saturated in my area, too. (Probably more so because there are fewer positions in general and the program itself is shorter/cheaper than a BSN.) Same with dental hygienists. X-ray techs. etc.
