I lost a dear friend tonight. She was killed in a car accident, she left behind a 2 year old little boy, and a family that loved her dearly. After hearing the shocking news, I began to reexaminee the idea of being a nurse. I have never like being around death, but have had the affectionate and a caring heart to aid people. I know this happens on a daily basis. However, how do you overcome a lost like this? Should I reconsider being a nurse? I'm worriedd of what the future may hold if I do become one and then also if I don't. I know that this is my decision to make, I'm just scared and hurt.
