IRB approval help

Has anyone posted there IRB approval for MSN on-line on this site? My mentor at WGU has suggested that I start here as my employer has required additional revisions of my IRB for their facility which will go back to the board in January and I need to graduate in December.

My research proposal involves Labor nurses, FNP's and midwives who care for pregnant teens. I want to survey care providers to determine the amount of education that is provided during prenatal care on chlamydia infection during labor and the co morbidity in the newborn.

I also need to submit a Research proposal and receive IRB approval through this site. Has any one done this? Can you help/point me in the right direction to get started?
