IP Nurses....?

Hello.. I just got my IP number a few months ago and have been working on a case....

All the state did after I got my number was mail me a packet with a bunch of useless garbage that I just store in my IP folder for a rainy day...

They gave me no explaination on how to bill.. Just 1 sentence that says there are two ways to bill, 1 hardcopy and through an electronic agency..

All the agencys I found charge 25 bucks a month to bill with them. BLAH

Anyways.. I had an address for the state to mail in hardcopys.. So I mailed in 2 1500's almost 2 months ago. When I call the 800 number to check the billing status they still have no records of me billing...

I have NO idea how to talk to anyone about any of this.. It's kinda scary.. If you pass a background check I guess that means you're ok to just fly by the seat of your pants with no instruction on how to do anything..

So what do you guys do? Just use a company like ADS? Do you mail in your service dates? How long does it take you to get reinbursed?

I'm not really liking this IP buisness at all.. Seems like too much B.S...

Anyone have any thoughts?
