introduction to statistics

Hi!

I am taking intro to statistics for the winter session. I only have 4 classes left and have to take 3 more tests.

Does anybody know of a website that gives you sample questions and answers so I can study for my last 3 tests. The next test is on normal distribution and it is giving me a little trouble.

Thanks

Tracy

here are a couple of statistics links i have. i don't know if they will be what you are looking for since statistics is not my area, but you should check them out.

http://college.hmco.com/mathematics/brase/understandable_statistics/8e/students/index.html - this is the online student resource for understandable statistics, 8th edition, by charles and corrinne brase. these are links into study resources. i linked into the flashcards and picked a chapter at random and a nice set of cards came up. have fun perusing around this site.

http://www.algebralab.org/practice/practice.aspx - this is the site of algebra lab. if you click on statistics what comes up is a list of links into pages of practice problems. this is primarily a high school site so this may be information that is too elementary for college level (i wouldn't know since it looks like greek to me!)

Someone previously recommended a book called "Statistics for people who (think they) hate statistics. I believe it's by Neil Salkind. I have looked at it and it seems to explain things pretty easily. All of the statistics texts I have have sample questions in them. Maybe your library has some stats books that may have questions in them. Also, if you do a search on normal distribution, I am sure you will come up with some sites that explain normal distribution.
