Please, please read the Primer at the top of the International Forum. You must apply to a state for licensure, you do not apply to take the NCLEX exam. You must be approved by a state to be able to sit for the exam.

There is much information that you need to know and you can find the important things there.

And are you aware that the agency that you signed with has a $45,000 cancellation clause in their contract now that you signed?
