There is a reason why your instructor gave you this assignment. It wasn't so you could go to the Internet & try to find someone who you believe is a nurse. Interviews are done in person. You can make a connection that can, possibly, help you land a job in the future. People on this forum try to be as anonymous as possible. So there would be no way you could verify or prove you actually "spoke" to a nurse.

Getting out of your comfort zone and speaking with a stranger is something you will do every day of your working life as a nurse. This is your first exposure to that, that's one big reason why you got the assignment, and you should thank your lucky stars for the opportunity.

Where will you find a nurse? Hospitals, sure, but also MD offices and clinics, school nurses, the public health department in your town, and even your college health clinic and your college FACULTY who are RNs. I'll bet there are even some in your state legislature. And the Board of Nursing and their various volunteer committees, and your state Nursing Association. And the Red Cross. I"ll bet you'll get extra credit for venturing out on less-well-beaten paths.Go for it!
