Good luck with your interview! I am also interviewing for my dream job. I am a re-entry nurse who has been out of nursing for 8 years. I have had 3 interviews for this position. 1st was with the nurse recruiter phone interview to find out my experience and interests. Then I interviewed with the NM and assistant head nurse. The questions were behavior based which is new to me. Be prepared to answer questions based on your experience. Some examples: Explain how you advocated for a patient and what was the outcome? Explain how you have gone out of your way to provide customer care for a patient? Explain a change in policy that you did not agree with and how did you handle it? Describe a difficult situation with patient or family member how did you handle it? What was the outcome?

These are just a few that I can remember.

I had my 3rd interview today with the nurse recruiter.
