Great news i found out that im was selected to be interview for a residency program in my area

I'm so nervous at the thought of being interviewed. Has anyone ever interviewed for a major hospital. What kind of questions were you asked ? What should i bring? What kind of questions should i asked?

I am even thinking about going out to buy a brand new business attire.

From what i hear interviews are in a conference room in front of 20 people or more.

sorry if it seems like i am freaking out i just want some advice.

I have never heard of interviewing with that many people. Someone posted a while back that some hospital they interviewed at had an open interview where anyone in the hospital can sit in on the interview. That is not appropriate.

Most interviews will be one on one or at the most a group of 4 people interviewing you.
