We're currently looking for my replacement--anyone have some good questions to ask school nurse candidates?

Specializes in kids.

Experience?

Are they at all familiar with SpED and 504 plans?

Do they know how Epi pens are used? 

What is their comfort level of autonomous working conditions?

What do they feel their strengths are re gading tackling some uncomfortable situations? angry parents, kids under the influence, confidentiality with inthe school and larger community.
