Interview Questions

Hey Everyone,

It seems like there has been an influx of recent CNA program graduates and passings for the state licensure exam.

I was wondering if there's anyone out there who has recently interviewed or just has a pretty decent idea as to what interviews for this career field are like?

Are questions focused more towards behavior?

What could one expect or prepare for in the interview process?

Thanks for your time and as always your advice is much appreciated :-).

Let us know what you hear about your interview! I'm crossing my fingers for you!

I'm happy to say, I finally have a job! Interviewing was actually a really great experience! I feel more confident now and I think it prepared me for future interviews!

AN is a really great resource for tips and advice. I am truly receiving a lot of insight on here.
