At my interview for Tech job they asked stuff like where will I see myself in 3 years, what are my goals. How would I handle a heavy caseload? What would I do if the charge nurse does XYorZ. Situational stuff. Then there was why am I in nursing, what will make me a good nurse. What are my strengths, what are my weaknesses and what will I do about them.

Tough stuff to answer on the fly. Plan ahead for q's like that.

I just got a job in the ER as a Unit Sec. and they asked me things like:

In any job you have had, give an example of good customer service, how you went the extra mile for a customer/patient?

Your strengths and weaknesses?

How would your manager describe you?

Give us 3 qualities about yourself?

Give an example of a time you were fustrated at work and how you handled the situation.

Good luck! :) You'll do great!
