Interesting article. I was nodding my head through most of it-the author sounds like they have a good grasp of what the OR is like, which is refreshing!

I worked in one OR for 4 years and recently got a job in a larger facility. I can't believe that every personality (surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, techs, etc) in the old OR has a twin in the new OR. This article is right on target.

OMG, that's too funny that you've noticed that too. I did the same thing with my old co-workers and my present ones. Most everyone has a "twin".:D
